Meet the Founder
🌿Hi! I'm Madeline and I'm a military spouse from Alaska, a mom of two bubbly little girls, 2 mischievous cats, a very lazy dog, and 2 goldfish. I'm also someone who had to completely rethink my health after being diagnosed with celiac disease, POTS, and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. For years, I felt weak and foggy—my body wasn’t just reacting badly to food, it was failing to absorb the nutrients I needed. When I learned how much damage celiac had caused, I became determined to heal, rebuild, and prevent further health issues, not just for myself but for my kids as well. That journey eventually led me to microgreens—a simple, powerful way to nourish the body naturally.
Why I Started Little Greenhouse
I understand what it’s like to face health challenges, and wanted an easy, affordable way to fuel my family with real, nutrient-dense food. But why stop there? I decided to bring these tiny but powerful greens to my community—because everyone deserves to eat well without spending a fortune.

Microgreens are seedlings harvested right when their second set or “true leaves” start to peek out. They’re bursting with flavor, nutrients, and crunch (perfect for all the ASMR lovers out there). They’re great for salads, sandwiches, smoothies, or even as a fresh snack on their own.
